According to numerology, the number 6 embodies the heart. It represents unconditional love and the ability to support, nurture, and heal. It is a powerful force of compassion and empathy, and its warm light serves as a beacon of hope. Its role is to use its heart and soul to be of service to others. Its empathy makes others comfortable, allowing them to let down their guard and be open and honest about their feelings. This, in turn, enables them to understand and provide the help that is needed.

In the 9-day journey, Day 6 is a day for unconditional compassion. It is a day when we allow ourselves to cry for others—for the distant, for the strange.

Today's world is more connected than ever due to technology, yet emotionally separated. We witness epidemics, regional conflicts, and genocide online, and human compassion is overwhelmed. Sensitive hearts feel paralyzed amid the flood of data. To cry or not to cry is a daily decision.

The dilemma of self-preservation and altruistic devotion in the overloaded data space presented in this work is brave and honest. It is emotionally loaded, expanding the human empathy vocabulary in the digital realm.

The question of whether to "Cry" or "Don't cry" in the face of collective pain is difficult: "Shall I protect my own heart or protect another's heart?" Yehwan’s work “Cry or Not Cry” answered this question, showing that even with doubt, "Cry" as one tear or "Don't cry" as another tear, both are already tears shed for another. Protecting another's heart is protecting your own.
